From 2020 to date, Charli has not only become one of the most followed social media content creators. She also changed her eating habits and body image.

The beautiful social media star spoke openly about her unhealthy relationship with food. She said when she started TikTok she was very unhealthy.

The TikToker said, “I would lose a lot of weight, then gain a lot of weight, and then lose it again.”

The young dancer then decided to take control of her life and health by working on her eating disorder. For Charli, losing weight wasn’t about looking good and flaunting her curves, it was about fixing her eating disorder.

The TikToker took strict measures to regain control of her life, including limiting her daily calorie intake to 1,500 calories.

Some people may find this harsh, but it was a positive move considering Charli’s background with her eating disorder.

Charlie also drastically changed her exercise routine. She began by performing three bodyweight exercises for 25-second repetitions followed by 15-second rests.

Thanks to these activities, she was able to burn calories and strengthen her muscles.

Also, she hasn’t stopped dancing, which is a pleasure and a fantastic cardio workout. Dancing promotes endurance, flexibility, coordination and mood.

Her exercises include jackknife sit-ups, dive presses, push-ups, planks, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, lunges, squats, and Bulgarian split squats. Reverse rows and pull-ups.

Charli also does Pilates, dancing, hiking, running and yoga to improve her mood, coordination, flexibility and endurance.

What is the Charli Damelio Diet?

Charli D’Amelio eats natural, nutrient dense foods with high quality protein, healthy fats and micronutrients.

Damelio doesn’t strictly eat three meals a day, instead dividing her nutritional needs into five or six smaller meals. It helps her keep her metabolism high and avoid overeating.

Charli eats mixed fruits (smoothies) and eggs with mushrooms and spinach for breakfast.

Her morning snack includes nuts and avocado. The TikTok star eats broccoli, chicken salad with veggies, and a fruit salad for lunch.

Charli also eats vegetable patties with a lettuce wrap during her evening snack time. For dinner we had sardines stuffed with kale, pine nuts and raisins.
