He found his soulmate in Angela Walsh (nee Hauser), and together, they shared a beautiful life raising their son Derick Walsh and daughter Jessica Walsh. Mike was a loving husband, a dedicated father, and a source of unwavering support for his family.
In addition to his roles as a husband and father, Mike was actively involved in the St. Vincent DePaul Society, volunteering his time and energy to help those in need. His compassion and selflessness touched the lives of many in the community.

Born on September 16, 1996, to Mike and Angela Walsh, Jessica, lovingly called Jessie, was a bright and ambitious young woman. Her educational journey led her to graduate from Fishers High School and earn her Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology with a minor in Astro Physics from Ball State University.
Jessica’s fascination with the cosmos led her to work for the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera Program through NASA at Arizona State University. She was pursuing her Ph.D. in Astronomy and Planetary Science at Northern Arizona University, focusing on lunar and Martian research.
Her passion for science was matched only by her zest for life. Jessie enjoyed camping, hiking, snowboarding, and indulged her love for astronomy by stargazing whenever she could. She was also an avid Dungeons and Dragons enthusiast and had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her beloved dog Galaxy.
In her short life, Jessica touched many hearts with her warm personality and inclusive nature. She had a unique ability to turn ordinary moments into memorable adventures, leaving a trail of joy and gratitude in her wake.

The Funeral Mass for Michael, Angela, and Jessica Walsh will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 4, 2023, at Christ the King Catholic Church, located at 5306 Main St, McFarland, WI 53558. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the local St. Vincent DePaul Society, a cause close to Mike and Angela’s hearts.
