The Falls-Lenox Primary School community is devastated by the heart-wrenching news of the accident death of nine-year-old Jacob Haessly, a fourth-grader who lost his life in an ATV accident over the weekend. This unexpected tragedy has left a profound impact on students, staff, and families alike.

Described as a vibrant and joyful child, Jacob had a distinctive charm with his crazy hair and infectious smile. Both students and school staff were touched by his presence and the positive energy he radiated.
In response to this heartbreak, the Olmsted Falls City School District has arranged for grief counselors to be available at the Bagley Road school from 3 to 7 p.m. on July 27. Recognizing the varied ways individuals cope with grief, the district aims to provide support and a safe space for students, families, and staff during this difficult time.
Services to remember and honor Jacob will be held on July 29 at Chambers Funeral Home in North Olmsted. As the community grapples with the pain of losing such a young life, coming together to support one another becomes paramount.
Olmsted Township community members have set up a GoFundMe fundraiser to assist Jacob’s family during this trying period. This outpouring of support showcases the collective care and compassion of those touched by Jacob’s life.
Saturday Heather answered a life changing phone call. She was informed that both of her boys were in an accident, her oldest of the two is pretty bruised up but recovering at home unfortunately her 9 year old son Jacob did not make it. Every mothers worst fear is loosing a child so anything from a share, prayer or donation would help Heather right now.
